This is a PC-98 style picture of Misty

I wanted to see if I could re-create the style of PC-98 graphics, like the old Japanese eroge games.

After looking through a bunch of examples I settled on these constraints:
- Black outlines
- 3 skin tones plus white
- A dedicated color for anti-aliasing the outlines
- Relatively high-resolution
- Pattern-style dithering
- and a maximum of 16 colors.

This picture is a pretty good example.
#
But I also needed a suitably cheesy pose. Something contrived and exaggerated.

I eventually settled on this sketch by Ettone.
